We are looking for experienced customer service representatives and strong communicators who will thrive in fast paced environments. Call centre or phone based customer service experience is valuable and preferred, however with our clients exceptional training experience in a contact centre is not essential; all you need is a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic!

What we're after:

  • Proven experience in retail, customer service or contact centre.
  • Ability to identify customer requirements and assist with product queries.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Confident written and verbal communication manner.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate resilience under pressure.
  • Fast learner who is comfortable navigating through and working on various computer systems and applications.
