Job description
Our client is seeking people who are customer focused, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to pick up the organistaion and service quickly so you can hit the ground running! You will come from a strong customer service background which can be either retail or contact centre based.
If you are an energetic, confident and a motivated individual that is customer focused then we want to hear from you!
The role
- Answering high volume inbound calls from existing customers in a timely manner
- Assisting customers with orders, queries and providing information to solve problems
- Trouble shooting
- Working over a 7 day rotating roster, with flexible hours available
To be eligible you must have:- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- A positive, professional and willing attitude
