Beyond Recruitment are working on a Business Solutions Analyst role at this government organisation based in Wellington.

This is a unique role with a mix of Business Analysis and Applications Support experience required, to work within a team of six.

Your primary responsibilities will include;

  • Work with the business to assess and document system requirements
  • Maintain and support application systems
  • Continually enhance systems to meet business needs
  • Adhere to internal SLAs
  • Take a strategic approach to the analysis and enhancement of systems to ensure robust design and delivery

To be successful in this role, your experience will include;

  • Extensive experience in IT application analysis and business analysis
  • IT business analysis techniques including process modelling
  • Extensive experience in preparing business proposals, requirements specifications, and translating business requirements into functional and IT specifications
  • Experience with various applications within a complex environment
  • Managing vendor relationships and contract management
