Are you an experienced Business Coordinator looking for a new challenge? We want you!

My client is looking for an experienced Business Coordinator to provide general and financial administration support to their busy team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Providing general administrative and clerical support
  • Processing of all accounts receivable/payable invoices & purchase orders
  • Coordinating insurance claims
  • Data entry
  • Managing and scheduling meetings/appointments/functions/conferences
  • Recording minutes of meetings
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Facilities management
  • Maintaining and updating databases
  • Ensuring quality customer service is given to external and internal customers

To be a successful applicant you must have:

  • Sound experience in a relevant position
  • Fully competent in the MS suite of applications
  • Proven knowledge of modern office administration procedures
  • Experience and knowledge of accounts receivable and payable,
  • Experience of account processing
  • Sound communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Understands the need to see the 'big picture'
  • Ability to work as an effective and collaborative team member.
