Business Development Manager

    My client is one of the leading online traveling agencies in the world with over 400 million members and an extensive hotel network. They are currently looking for a sales professional who has previous experience within the travel and hospitality sector to help grow their network in the South Island. This role will see the successful candidate travelling all over South Island and developing partnerships with hotels.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Target and successfully close partnerships with hotels
    • Drive sales activities to win new business
    • Promote, build and nurture client relationships

      To be successful for the role, you must have:

      • Proven sales experience
      • Previous experience in the travel and hospitality sector
      • Ability to work autonomously and self-motivated
      • Availability to travel frequently
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Relationship building skills

        This role offers base salary and commission for every onboarded hotel. Full training will be provided to help you succeed in the role and all travel costs, fuel and phone expenses will be reimbursed.
