Our client's practice is predominately in the commercial sector where they focus on fit outs for retail, office, cafes, restaurants and hospitality projects. Due to growth they are seeking a proven sales professional ideally with an interest in design to join their collaborative, hardworking and fun team.

The role:

• Building relationships with Real Estate Agents, Retail Brands, Property Managers to name a few 
• 'Hands on' Business Development as well as using a strategic approach
• Cold/Warm calling to secure a meeting
• Actively networking on an ongoing basis
• Being able to take a potential client on a journey and 'sell the dream'
• Taking job brief and then returning to present costings to client
• Brief internal Designer then introduce to client
• Socialising with clients

The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Will have proven success in Business Development and thrive in this space
• Commercial property background is advantageous
• Account Management experience in related field
• Enjoy developing and growing business and building pipeline
• Is passionate about networking
• Be able to build relationships up and down the ladder
• A confident presenter
• Genuine down to earth nature
• The ability to multitask to a high level
• NZ resident or citizen
