Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their successful team. As the Business Development Manager your role is to generate a business portfolio of clients interested in promoting an exciting accommodation option.

This role is all about developing partnerships with a wider group of organisations from sports clubs, education providers, travel companies and many more. This accommodation offering would appeal to organisations that require or host conferences, large groups attending events , summer visitors, sports enthusiasts and other seasonal travellers.

Your challenge is to open and build a big seasonal business for this highly regarded organisation. Currently this has a wide following and there is the opportunity to take this successful offering to the next level.

Essential for this role will be:

  • Leadership skills
  • Hunger and drive to achieve sales results
  • Attend and promote at Travel expos
  • Ability to develop strategies and analyse business needs
  • A bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification is desirable
  • Excellent ability to build long term relationships
