Business Analyst - Team Lead | Service Desk | ITIL | 6 months |  Mt Wellington

About the role:

The BA is required for a 6 month contract based at Mt Wellington. You will be working closely with the IT team and wider business to analyse the current and future state of the Service Desk systems and processes.  This will include gap analysis and document process flows.   You will have strong documentation skills and be a confident communicator, able to work with business stakeholders at all levels.

  • Business Analyst
  • Current/Future State
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL
  • Familiar with Service Desk management systems
  • Document Service Desk Processes
  • Updating training material/user manuals
  • Must have strong communication skills
