Business Analyst | Service Desk Software Project | ITIL | 6 months | CBD

About the role:

The BA is required for a 6 month contract to work on the evaluation of a new service desk platform. The BA will need to analyse the current and future state of the Service Desk systems and processes.  This will include gap analysis and document process flows.   You will have strong documentation skills and be a confident communicator, able to work with business stakeholders at all levels.

About you:

  • Business Analyst
  • Current/Future State
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL
  • Familiar with Service Desk management systems ServiceNow, HEAT, Zen Desk etc
  • Document Service Desk Processes
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
