About the role:

The Business Analyst will be working as part of a process stream focusing on the customer journey and processes describing interactions with the customer for a new product. BPMN experience using Visio is important for this role .

• Senior Business Analyst
• Strong Business Process Analysis
• Process Mapping
• BPMN, Visio
• Agile - Confluence and Jira
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC
• Excellent communication skills essential
