To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:

• Experience with Human Resources and/or Payroll systems
• Delivery experience with COTS solutions
• Expereince planning, leading and managing workshops
• Clear and concise documentation skills
• The ability to learn new solutions and processes quickly

Additional experience with Object modelling and Workforce Planning would be highly advantageous.
