We are currently seeking a skilled Site Manager to handle residential builds in the Waikato region.

The Site Manager will oversee training and induction processes and manage the entire process from inception to completion of each home. You will also manage and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers, whist maintaining the highest standards within safety and building practices at all times.

Essential skills required for the role:
* Proven Experience as a Site or Construction or Project Manager
* Experience within the NZ building industry essential
* Full understanding and working knowledge of New Zealand Building Codes
* The ability to interpret construction plans
* Ability to multi-task and run multiple building projects at any time
* High level of time management
* Ability to prioritise and deliver results on time and within budget.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* The ability to deal with people at all levels
* Desire to develop and train people - building skills for the future.
* Hard Working, leading by example and taking ownership of all that you do.
