Job description

If you are driven, highly efficient and have sound (written) communication skills, we would like to hear from you today! We have a fantastic opportunity coming up with a client or ours in East Tamaki with an immediate start.

We are looking for

  • Enthusiasm with a passion for all things that involve marketing
  • A great attitude where nothing is too much trouble
  • An eagerness to learn everyday
  • Providing consumer service (e.g. respond to consumer emails, social media messages, calls and letters)
  • Maintaining consumer service procedures to achieve best practice
  • Support the Marketing team with product launches
  • Assist in consumer engagement activities (e.g. brand campaigns)
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting of consumer interactions.

    Your skills and knowledge;

    • Marketing/Communications related degree and/or tertiary qualified
    • Customer Service working knowledge
    • Experienced with multi-channel communications and social media
    • Able to prioritise and organise workloads independently and work to deadlines
    • Able to confidently and effectively communicate with internal & external stakeholders
    • Experienced in administration and general office duties is a plus
