Duties will include, but not be limited to:
* Assisting with Branch Health and Safety
* Ensuring company vehicles' standards are maintained
* Liaison between Traffic Management Department and company
* Client liaison
* Client growth and retention
* Assisting with invoicing and data entry
* Stock Control
* Preparation of Job Packs
* Organising crews for jobs
* Staff Inductions

Our client is the known expert within the traffic management industry, with a branch network across the country and have been at the forefront of the industry since its inception.

This is a hands-on role, the hours can be long and no two days are the same. You will need to have proven organisational skills to manage a large and diverse portfolio of tasks.

As this is a specialised industry, the ideal applicant will have proven experience from either the Civil or Traffic Management sector. However, this is not an absolute necessity, first and foremost you will have exceptional multitasking, administration, strong communication and people skills.

Dealings with NZTA and local councilsl would be a bonus as would an understanding of the Traffic Management industry.

Ideally you will have:
* Strong understanding of the Civil and/or Traffic Management sector
* Work well under pressure, handle stressful situations with ease
* Good Time Management and Multi-Tasking ability
* The ability to plan and adapt to change; think on your feet
* Excellent customer relationship & communication skills
* STMS or TC qualifications (would be ideal but not a deal breaker)
