With the head office in Tauranga, and offices in Rotorua, Taupo, and Whakatane, this busy Traffic Management company are ready to bring on a new leader for the head office.

You will come armed with a strategic operational vision, a strong cultural direction and be extremely health & safety orientated. We are on the hunt for a true leader, who knows how to lead people from all different backgrounds and who has strong sense of business acumen.

This is an amazing opportunity to join a team of passionate individuals and be part of this company's huge growth phase. If you come from the Traffic Management or the Civil/Roading industry, this is a bonus, but not imperative.

This is an incredibly varied role that will suit an individual with flexibility. The successful candidate will be required to work extra hours and be available for weekend work from time to time. Some of your responsibilities will include:

* Managing job bookings and delivery for your branch
* Managing existing clients while building new client relationships
* Live updating of work schedules
* Joint management of staff - including 25-35 field reports
* Planning and resourcing of staff
* Managing operations to ensure health & safety policies and procedures are followed
* Lead monthly health & safety meetings (keeping up to date with H&S legislation)
* Heading out on site when needed as a TC or STMS

This is a super varied role that definitely requires a 'step outside the box' kind of attitude. You will be health and safety obsessed and responsible for creating a safe environment for your team to be in. You will be a natural leader that is consistently looking for ways to improve the team and business and drive future growth.
