Branch Manager - Masterton

We are currently recruiting for a proactive, commercially driven Branch Manager to join our clients team based in Masterton. This position is hands on, it will be a sales & leadership role where you will lead your team and continue to grow the business further.

You will preferably have a strong background in wider construction/trade sector with a proven sales history. You will be a person who is focused on growing sales both with existing and new clients, customer service and delivering the very best for both your customers and your team.

With your motivation and previous sales and operational experience, you will have the ability to inspire your team. You will be leading from the front in this role as it is a very close-knit team, you could be serving customers on the front counter, to out doing deliveries, it's all hands-on deck!

As a Branch Manager you will:

  • Grow and lead your team to build profitable market share through the delivery of incredible customer service
  • Motivate and support others to achieve Branch targets in a challenging and exciting environment
  • Demonstrate a passion for sales and develop long lasting partnerships
  • Make sure customers get the products and services they need
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Act as an ambassador by role-modelling their values at all times
