The Opportunity

We are seeking a strong and experienced Manager to lead our super South Auckland branch to continuous growth and success. This is a role for someone who loves to close a sale, enjoys management, and has the never-ending energy and drive to create successful sales teams.

You will be a strategic thinker, with an ability to future proof planning and strategy for the branch; ensuring we are ahead of the game when it comes to troubleshooting and managing client solutions. We are looking for someone with strong financial acumen and a passion for driving your team to exceed budgets. Focusing primarily on industrial temporary business, you will bring with you:

    You will have full P&L responsibilities, ensuring growth and close management of costs. Paired with your strong relationship building skills and passion for people; you will be adaptable and resilient to the challenges that this management role has for you.
