Job description

We are looking for a Receptionist/Admin Guru to join our team in our Rotorua based Branch.

We specialise in Industrial & Commercial Recruitment and we are looking for someone to put their hand up and be the face of our Rotorua Branch.

The receptionist is the first point of contact so customer service skills are a must.

We are looking for someone who is happy to work part time hours 9.30-3pm Monday to Thursday (some flexibility) .

Your Responsibilities;

  • Be the first point of contact for any candidates, clients or visitors entering the building
  • Data Entry (Previous experience with RDB would be ideal but not essential)
  • Experience using Excel, Word & Outlook is a must
  • Maintaining candidate & client records accurately and efficiently
  • Answering phones and communicating with candidates & clients while accurately taking messages
  • Screening and interviewing (ideal not essential)
