About the Role:

Seeking a BI Support Consultant to provide timely, efficient and effective BI Application support services for clients. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, scope support services including day to day monitoring of the environments and resolve logged incidents, service requests and manage changes or enhancement requests. This role will also require project work engagement on the occasion focusing on implementation of BI and data warehousing software and systems including ETL.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience using the suite of BI tools provided by Microsoft (i.e. SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Power Pivot, PowerView, Performance Point Server and SharePoint) and Oracle (ODI and OBIEE).
• Experience supporting Data warehousing and ETL implementation
• Familiarity with BI Solution Architecture
• Available for after hour support occasionally
• Excellent communicational skills - both written and verbal.
