This growing North Shore CA firm are sounding out an intermediate/senior level BAS accountant to join their Practice. The objective is to largely take over a Directors portfolio of work so he can shift his focus a bit. They are a smaller team, 7 in size and are well established with solid origins in the Auckland region.

The current Director is innovative with sizable referral networks amongst the younger and up and coming business leaders.

The opportunity would suit a candidate that is self-motivated and can feel comfortable fronting clients especially with Xero systems queries. You will be a relationship builder and enjoy consulting to your clients. You would have had at least 4 - 5 years in a CA Practice. You may enjoy operating more independently with less levels of bureaucracy or want to avoid larger firm politics. You also are either on your way to becoming or are CA qualified and value your work ethic and history of performance to date.
