    An excellent opportunity for a seasoned Customer Specialist with knowledge in cloud technologies to work for a global tech industry leader for 12 months. The successful candidate would be working remotely daily to support a customer focused team in nurturing and managing existing relationships.

    In this role, you are expected to:

    • Work closely with customers in understanding their solution needs and driving success with Azure deployment
    • Verify eligibility of nominations of customers for Azure migration
    • Scheduling calls with nominators
    • Facilitating knowledge transfer sessions and monitoring feedback for quality assurance
    • Utilize standard project management methods in driving processes

      To be successful for the role, you must have:

      • Basic Azure or similar cloud technology knowledge
      • SAAS knowledge
      • 3+ years of experience in Customer facing roles (preferably within the IT industry)
      • High attention to detail
      • Proven problem solving, organization and time management skills
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
