About the role

To meet the growing demand for Contact Centre Innovation and Solutions, a large project is underway to architect, build and implement a Contact Centre Solution using AWS services.   We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to work on this project.

Skills & Experience:  

• AWS (certifications and hands-on experience are a must)
• Amazon Connect experience
• Amazon Lambda experience
• Amazon Lex experience
• Experienced Python Scripting with AWS
• Strong Ops background
• Integration experience with Oracle Service Cloud and Service Now
