Job description

Are you an excellent communicator who can build lasting relationships? Do you enjoy being out of the office liaising with multiple parties to ensure the smooth execution of daily projects.

Initially a temporary assignment with around 30 hours per week which could increase depending on work load.

This role is for someone who has excellent time management, can work towards deadlines and is able to stay calm under pressure.
This could be your first role fresh out of university or alternatively you could be looking for a change.

The role responsibilities are:

  • Working with members of the senior community
  • Coordination of client relocations and packing belongings as needed
  • Liaising with service providers and contractors
  • Be able to coordinate tasks and be able to work towards tight deadlines
  • Assist with unpacking of household items
  • Daily reporting to the move manager

What we need from you:

  • You will be patient and be able to communicate effectively
  • A full New Zealand driver’s license is required as you will be using a company vehicle
  • You will have a can-do attitude and will be happy to complete any tasks given to you
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Be well presented at all times (A uniform is provided)
