Here’s an opportunity to grow your project management skills as part of the team managing school and Ministry led projects costing over $8m a year.  You will have responsibility for your own projects and assist the Senior Delivery Managers on more complex projects, expanding your experience and skills on the job.   

Your experience in project management will cover contract management, problem solving and collaboration, great relationship building and conflict resolution skills.  Clear and concise written and verbal communication is essential to progress project delivery and to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Ideally qualified in Project management or Property related tertiary qualification, your extensive people/contractor management experience and skills in building design and construction processes will give you the ability to hit the ground running. A solid quality, efficiency and continuous improvement focus will be backed by an understanding of project management methodologies and techniques.  A natural organiser and highly organised, you’ll be across the detail in no time.
