Assessment Consultant

Education and Training

Job description

So, what’s it going to take to convince you to leave your comfortable place in assessment, moderation, Quality Assurance, Learning and Development or vocational education consultancy?

If you don’t like change or innovation, then you should probably stay where you are. Because this organisation is all about looking forward, challenging the status quo, and making change happen for the benefit of many.

You can drive the future of learning and assessment and collaborate with others to really make a difference to individuals and communities, both here and overseas.

You’ll be part of a passionate consultancy project team making L & D magic happen in New Zealand, the Pacific, South East Asia and lately – Botswana! That means, you’ll sometimes need to pack your bags for a tender and at short notice (but don’t worry, you’ll be well looked after while you’re there and, on your return,).

An outstanding facilitator and relationship builder, this wide-ranging role will draw on your technical design flair, cultural awareness and ability to manage complex client needs in sometimes challenging work environments. Conducting training and/or coaching in assessment, moderation and QA will feature and your experience working with Government entities, ITOs, ITPs, PTE’s etc. will be very useful.

You can look forward to a salary that recognises your depth of experience and a level of work-life balance you are probably unfamiliar with.

Stimulation, adventure and achievement awaits for the highly motivated! If that’s you, contact Annie O’Keefe today.
