Due to expansion a highly skilled team of architectural experts are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revit Technician to join their team. The practice has an extensive depth of experience and continuing award winning projects as a result.

The team doesn't change much due to the loyalty of staff and the appeal of projects.

Diverse documentation workload, including residential and commercial.

The successful applicant will have qualified in NZ with either B Arch / NZ CAD / Dip Arch Tech or similar. Experience with NZS3604 and NZBC is essential. LBP an advantage.

You must have experience in high density housing, and commercial residential detailing.

If you have a minimum of 4+ years NZ based experience and believe you have the following attributes we would love to hear from you!

• Technically savvy
• Revit experience at an intermediate level is essential
• Results focus and self managing
• Ability to work with the team to understand the client's needs
