We are seeking a skilled Architectural Desiger with strong Design and Archicad skills who likes to take control and drive projects forward.
About the practice
In every project, this boutique practice undertake to pay close attention to the brief, location, scale, sustainability and use of materials in a holistic NZ context and require, they are passionate about what they do, work to high standards and deliver top notce results for their clients.
They are a small, boutique and design focussed practice based in West Auckland. They work with key clients creating solutions that integrate with the surrounding environment. Their mission is to develop lasting relationships with clients and in discussing current projects, it is evident that ongoing relationships and word of mouth referrals is why this practice is so busy. This screams in volumes about their values and credibility.
About the opportunity
With ongoing referrals and work, it is time to grow the business to the next level and the Director is now seeking to appoint a Designer with strong ArchiCad capability and design experience who is keen to develop their skills even further.

With client service being first priority, the person we seek will have a strong work and service ethic and excellent communication. You will be one to follow through on what you promise.
- Each client is unique and deserving of an original design.
- Listening and fully understanding what the client wants to achieve is one of the fundamental aspects of a successful project.
Projects
Projects are as diverse as the client base and include all facets of residential homes; including new builds, renovation and sub-division developments. There are also have some small commercial, educational, retail and industrial design projects.
What we are seeking
- NDAT or Bachelors qualification
- Outstanding attitude toward your work and service delivery
- Keeness to become licenced, owner willing to support to LBP
- You understand how a building performs
