About the Role:

Seeking an Application Support to be the first point of contact for internal users, deliver user training workshops and develop technical documentation. The role is a hybrid between Administration and Helpdesk, where you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the application and the data.

Skills Required:

  • To be successful, you must have:
  • Property Application Support (eg. Property Guru)
  • Level 1 issue management
  • Office administration experience - preferably in the real-estate industry
  • Able to train users and host training workshops
  • Have exceptionsl English communication - both written and verbal
