About the role

Our client is seeking Specialist Application Services Professional who can take responsibility to build, deliver, manage and maintain a range of application environments to a high standard. This role requires taking accountability and ownership as a Subject Matter Expert in facilitating high functionality for the applications. This role also requires support and training to business end users and management.

Skills & experience required

  •  5+ years’ experience in administering and working with large infrastructure systems
  • ITIL Certification or in-depth exposure to ITIL practices
  • Experience as a Project Manager with proven delivery of problem management methodologies
  • Experience training and mentoring teams
  • Ability to work in high workload environments whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
