About the Role:
Our Client is a premium brand within the Auckland Market who promote Collaboration, Drive, Bravery and Passion. They are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join a dynamic team in delivering excellent service in application support, release management, incident management, availability management and engage in project work in addition to BAU.
Skills Required:
- Experience with level 2/3 application support
- Experience with pre and post production work flow management
- Strong communication for stakeholder and vendor management
- Scripting for Automation using SQL and PowerShell
- Experience supporting .Net and Java applications
- Open to weekend and after hour support - on call rota
