About the Role:

Our Client is a premium brand within the Auckland Market who promote Collaboration, Drive, Bravery and Passion. They are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join a dynamic team in delivering excellent service in application support, release management, incident management, availability management and engage in project work in addition to BAU.

Skills Required:

  • Experience with level 2/3 application support
  • Experience with pre and post production work flow management
  • Strong communication for stakeholder and vendor management
  • Scripting for Automation using SQL and PowerShell
  • Experience supporting .Net and Java applications
  • Open to weekend and after hour support - on call rota
