About the role

An opportunity to work 40 hours a week with some afterhours support and weekend support. Offering an opportunity to work towards a development role, you will be responsible for day-to-day technical support and timely resolution of basic incident support tickets for problem resolution.

Skills & experience required

  • High level of professionalism – carrying a positive business-like manner
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Tier 1 application support
  • Ability to learn quickly – hands on learning capability
  • Experience and in-depth understanding of SQL
