About the role
An opportunity to work 40 hours a week with some afterhours support and weekend support. Offering an opportunity to work towards a development role, you will be responsible for day-to-day technical support and timely resolution of basic incident support tickets for problem resolution.
Skills & experience required
- High level of professionalism – carrying a positive business-like manner
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Tier 1 application support
- Ability to learn quickly – hands on learning capability
- Experience and in-depth understanding of SQL
