Agile Coach | SPCs Certified | 6 months | Auckland CBD

About the role

The Agile Coach will be certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPCs) and able to educate, mentor and guide teams into SAFe Agile methodology, providing teams with feedback and means of improvement and answering questions. The Agile Coach will provide hands-on support across widely varying levels and roles, leading teams toward the understanding and adoption of SAFe.

Skills and experience required:

• Coaching teams in SAFe Agile values
• Must be SAFe Program Consultant (SPCs)
• Planning and facilitating the key Scrum ceremonies – Release Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Scrum Stand-ups, Demonstration and Retrospectives
• Engaging closely with all stakeholders to build an environment that values the team and provides the environment that empowers the team to deliver to their fullest potential
• Guiding the team in delivering user stories that deliver business value
• Fostering a team culture that brings out the best in the individual and thereby helps the team to achieve a constant and optimum velocity of delivery
