Job description

A fixed term opportunity has arisen within our After Hours team in Auckland. This role will require you to assist in providing recruitment services to our clients and temporary associates between the hours of 5.30pm to 7.30am Monday to Saturday morning and all weekend as part of our After Hours Team.

The successful applicant will take ownership of client outcomes, troubleshoot, place associates into work and liaise with key stakeholders internally within Adecco and with our clients. The role of After Hours Consultant requires an individual with tenacity who can influence outcomes and one who can be the front face of Adecco outside of our standard branch hours.

To be considered for this fixed term position you will be a self-starter with excellent customer service skills. Previous experience in the recruitment industry would be advantageous but not essential. You will also need to demonstrate:

  • Experience with shift work
  • A passion for excellence in customer service
  • A keen eye for detail
  • The ability to think on your feet and make decisions
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi task
  • The ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Achievement of exceeding customer expectations
