Job description

Due to expansion, we have a new shift available to join our afterhours support team from our Manukau Recruitment center. We have a brand new, modern and safe office on Lambie Drive that has full security set up including monitored alarms and video surveillance.
You will be taking after hours calls from our national clients and customers, so no two calls are the same. You may be filling last minute job orders, general enquiries or emergency support for our New Zealand business.

To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a strong work history ideally from a call centre or after-hours support environment
* Have exceptional communication skills in English both written and verbal
* Have a minimum of intermediate computer skills
* Be highly organised and can multi task as well as handle stressful situations
* You can work well in a small team, trustworthy, reliable and can follow strict processes and procedures
* Your problem-solving skills will be your strongest strength as typically the afternoon shift calls can be unique and require you to think outside the square.
* You will be honest, highly reliable and trustworthy and have a true commitment to customer service.
