Job description

Our client is a well-established and reputable national organisation. They are in transition towards their busy season and are looking for a dynamic and experienced advertising and marketing coordinator to provide additional support for their pre-Christmas season promotions!

For this role, you will be:

  • Reporting into the Marketing Manager
  • Coordinating Presentations
  • Processing the information for the E-Commerce and Advertising teams
  • Providing Layout information and instructions to the production department
  • Liaising between multiple teams such as design, production etc
  • Coordinate the sign off and compliance for advertising
  • Dispatch of files
  • Manage the internal communications, media bookings
  • Sending Promo/Competition material to stores
  • Dealing with competition winners
  • Coordinating with the events team for product promotions

  What we are looking for:

  • Ideally 4 to 5 years of experience in marketing and advertising coordination
  • Preferred industry: FMCG
  • Ability to start immediately until Christmas (potential to extend)
  • Available to work full time
