Job description

Our clients are looking for experienced administrators to join their team on a short term or long term basis These roles have the opportunity to move into a permament placement for the right candidates.

We will consider candidates that have a proven work ethic and genuine desire to do well in all they do. The ideal candidates will enjoy learning new things and also be happy to do small tasks every so often.

This person will have experience across administration, across the following areas:

* Reception
* Data Entry
* Customer Service
* Filing
* Accounts Receivable/Payable
* Invoicing
* Industrial/Corporate Administration
* MYOB/ PAYE
* Insurance Experience
* Xero Accounting Software Experience
* Accounts Administration
* Team Administration / Coordination


To be successful in your application you will have:
* A positive and can-do attitude
* A eye for detail
* Minimum of 1 years administrative experience
* Reliable Transport
* At least two work related references
* Be available to work at short notice
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
