Job description

  • Team Administrator/PA
  • ASAP start, 5 month temp assignment
  • $25 per hour
  • Wellington CBD location

We are looking for an experienced Administrator/PA with excellent communication skills to join a fantastic team within a prominent Government Agency. This role involves providing personal assistance to the Senior Advisor and administration support to the team around their Scholarship Programme. If you are adaptable, flexible and have the ability to hit the ground running...then please read on!

Key duties include:

  • Secretarial and general administration support
  • Invoice and spreadsheet management
  • Meeting organisation including room bookings and agenda preparation
  • Liaising with stakeholders
  • Maintaining and editing website content
  • Drafting contracts and procurement plans
