Job description

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our clients Palmerston North office. You will have the following responsibilities and duties:

  • You will be responsible for database management of the company.
  • Helping clients and customers with any information they require or requesting updated information from them through both email and over the phone.
  • General customer service will be required at times when answering phones.

    Hours and Pay:

    This role is Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. The pay rate for this role will be between $20 and $22 per hour depending on experience.

    Skills and Attributes:

    • Experience in Administration is required.
    • Strong attention to detail as there is a large amount of data entry required.
    • Customer service experience is preferable.
