Administrator Role

This position calls for someone with relevant experience within a busy office environment. You will also have fantastic communication skills and a willing attitude. Experience with microsoft word, excel and similar is a must.

You will be responsible for updating records, data entry, filing and coordination of all general office duties.

  • Data entry
  • Taking minutes and coordinating agendas
  • Assiting with reception cover
  • Timesheet management
  • Followups and assiting with updating the H & S records
  • Filing etc

    This role is deal for someone looking for minimal hours such as 7am - 2 each day and is happy to commute over to Waiheke from the Half Moon Bay marina daily. Ferry fare covered.
