Job description

This is a great opportunity if you are looking to jumpstart your HR or Health & Safety career and get your foot in the door with an expert in their field.   This is a supporting role for an experience administrator who loves being busy, excellent communicator who is organised and likes to make things happen.

Reporting to the HR Co-ordinator you will work in a small team and be a pivotal team player to ensure the smooth running of both the HR and H&S processes and delivery.

On any given day you could be:

  • preparing job descriptions for news role, to advertising jobs internally/job boards
  • Arranging starter documentation, organise induction training
  • Set up personnel files
  • Arrange drug testing or health checks
  • Order and issue PPE and uniforms
  • Filing, data entry and typing
  • Arranging room bookings and catering.

 What can you bring:

  • 1-3 years administration experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with multiple deadlines – organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confidence using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate well both verbally and written
  • Your positive cheerful personality and “can do” attitude.
