Job description

We are seeking a motivated individual for the role of Administrator/Accounts Payable for a temporary period of 4-6 weeks. This part-time position, offering 28 hours per week, will involve handling various accounts payable tasks including creditor invoices, reconciliations, data entry, and more.

The successful candidate will preferably have prior experience in accounts payable and be comfortable with enterprise systems. On-site training will be provided for the specific systems used in our organization. Flexibility is key in this role, as we offer some leeway in scheduling days and adjusting hours to accommodate the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing creditor invoices
  • Conducting various reconciliations
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Data entry tasks
  • Handling credit card statements
  • Managing accruals
  • Performing other reconciliations as required

    Requirements:

    • Experience in Accounts Payable
    • Admin Experience
    • Profiency in Microsoft office
