My client is a long standing well established engineering firm specialised in the manufacture design & build of machinery for construction materials.

Performing on the world stage and growing year on year and Based in St Johns this role is pivotal to the logistics & warehousing teams, it provides timely and effective administrative services to the Site, Service Teams and its Customers.

Due to internal progression we are seeking an energetic, fast learning and passionate administrator to join this team as the glue that holds it together!

What will you be doing?

You will be the right hand to the Service Department & Warehousing / Logistics - you dont have to come from this background to be successful we have an AWESOME training plan to up skills you!

Your tasks will include:

* Processing & updating order
* processing courier orders, managing deliveries
* Invoice reconciliation
* Managing logistics spreadsheets
* Matching freight invoices to Purchase Orders
* Preparing packing lists
* Creating and inputting freight jobs

AND SO MUCH MORE!

You will need:

* 1 - 3 years experience in an Administration position
* Experience using office products including excel
* A high attention to detail and excellent accuracy
* Strong communication skills & a willingness to learn
* A positive upbeat attitude and desire to grow yourself
* High reliability
