Job description

We have several administration roles based in Tauranga and Mt Maunganui with an immediate start.

Variety of duties include updating the database, allocating costs to jobs, creating jobs/invoices, assisting operational Team Leaders and general administration duties. The majority of the work is data entry, customer service and working on Excel spreadsheets.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Thrive working within a team environment
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be organised, methodical and accurate
  • Excellent computer skills with experience of data entry and use of databases
  • Ideally confident in Xero and Net Suite as well Excel
  • Pass a pre employment drug screen

    These are on-going temporary roles, and there is the potential for the role to become permanent for the right person. The hours are full time and are generally between the hours of 8:00am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
