Job description

We are looking for a highly organised Administrator for our large nationwide client.

You will be responsible for providing high quality administration and contract support to the team.
You will be a team player and thrive on no two days being the same!
Experience in Contracts Administration preferable but not essential.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

* Timesheet and plant entry and checking
* Claiming of completed works
* Updating of jobs and claims ensuring all costs associated are processed and allocated
* Invoicing
* Processing of Purchase Orders, Invoices and Payments
* End of month processing and accruals
* Maintaining contract registers and training calendar
* Assist staff with IT issues
* Proficient using MS office suite with some JD Edwards knowledge is a bonus
* On a rotational basis take phone calls from Council to dispatch reactive jobs
