Job description

Our client is a family owned business with strong people focussed values. They are in need of an Administrator based in Hamilton, with some travel to one of the other sites near Tokoroa.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has good administrative skills with reception experience, looking for a diverse role. Someone who can multi-task and who don't mind getting interrupted when busy - a people person!

You will be required to function as part of a team, but be able to work sole charge when needed.

Main duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Data Capturing
* Timesheet management and capturing
* Office Admin
* Reception
* Invoicing
* Debt collection and debtor control
* Customer service
* Administrative support for projects
* Travelling to site near Tokoroa once a week for a day
* Willing and able to travel and stay away for 1-2 weeks, twice a year
* Ability to drive a manual vehicle


The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 2 years experience
* Full, Clean, Class 1 license
* Attention to detail, accuracy and speed
* Excellent time management
* Ability to prioritise and multi-task
* Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
* Discreet and diplomatic when dealing with confidential issues
* Competent technology user
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Confident when handling internal and external enquiries
