Job description

One of our much respected market leading clients is currently looking for a confident, presentable administrator. The successful candidate will add to the already vibrant culture, being a confident people person you will ensure the first experience anyone has arriving in our clients office is a positive and memorable experience leaving them in no doubt they that they will recommend our client to their friends and family.

The role will entail the following but can vary:

  • Answering the phones
  • Data Entry
  • Booking appointments
  • Health and Safety administration
  • Keeping the office tidy and fully stocked
  • Face to face customer service

    You will require:

    • Intermediate Level Microsoft Suite skills
    • Accurate Data Entry
    • Strong time management
    • High level of customer service
    • Ability to think on your feet
    • Positive attitude
