Payroll Administrator

          Our client based in Mount Maunganui, we require a skilled, adaptable, reliable Payroll Administrator to work on a Part Time basis. There are opportunities to work Full Time in this role depending on you experience and knowledge in Payroll and Administration.

          Your day to day duties will include:

          • Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
            • Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain and update payroll information
              • Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this
                • Resolving payroll discrepancies
                  • Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures

                    In addition, the successful person will need:

                    • At least 2+ years' experience in Payroll Administrating.
                      • Degree in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred.
                        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs.
                          • Excellent communication skills
                            • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
                              • Ability to identify and resolve issues
                                • Organised and Analytical
