Job description
We are seeking people with great attention to detail, who have a sound knowledge of computers and the ability to pick up new processes. - Several of these positions do have immediate starts for the right candidate.
We are looking for people with experience in the following areas:
- Personal Assistants
- Senior Administrators
- Data Entry Officers
- Accounts Admin
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Invoicing
- Health & Safety Co-ordinators
The ideal applicant will have:
- At least 2 years' administrative (or similar) experience
- A high level of customer focus
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- At least intermediate working knowledge of MS Word & Excel
