Job description

We are seeking people with great attention to detail, who have a sound knowledge of computers and the ability to pick up new processes. - Several of these positions do have immediate starts for the right candidate.

We are looking for people with experience in the following areas:

  • Personal Assistants
  • Senior Administrators
  • Data Entry Officers
  • Accounts Admin
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Invoicing
  • Health & Safety Co-ordinators

    The ideal applicant will have:

    • At least 2 years' administrative (or similar) experience
    • A high level of customer focus
    • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
    • At least intermediate working knowledge of MS Word & Excel
