Job description

We require experienced administrators for multiple clients based locally in New Plymouth.

Two of the administrative roles are in the Waste Industry. You will be working in an office based environment where having a good all-round understanding of office procedure is a fundamental requirement as is having very good customer appreciation skills. The role will consist of a number of daily tasks which include but are not limited to;

  • Reception duties - phones, customer enquiries, staff enquiries
  • Data Entry
  • The use of Microsoft office system - must be computer savvy
  • General Administrative duties

    Requirements to work for OneStaff:

    • Strong & physically fit
    • ID required (one of the following
      • NZ passport OR
      • NZ Birth Certificate & Driver's License
      • Pass a Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol test
      • Must have reliable transport
      • CV, Relevant Certificates or License (i.e. forklift or site safe passport)
