These roles offer a variety of duties and responsibilities. You will be responsible for providing administrative support with our client's organisations to ensure the effective operation of the office.

What the jobs Entail?

  • Dealing with all areas of inquiries Investigate, organise and schedule request for service from the companies clients
  • Covering the reception desks-Customer service
  • Dealing with Invoices, clients and some payroll duties
  • Ordering sufficient office supplies
  • Competent navigation around different Microsoft packages- General administrative duties.
  • Excellent Communication skills in all areas

    What we need from you?

    • Excellent communicator
    • Outgoing Personality- Good with people
    • Use your initiative
    • Competent around the role described
    • Reliable and Honest
    • 2 years' experience minimum with excel and other Microsoft packages.
    • Efficiency is essential
    • Pass Pre-Empoyment drug and alcohol test
    • 2x verbal references vouching for your previous work history
